This page sets out the support channel for BNS, published in accordance with Apple App Store Guideline 1.5 and Google Play's developer contact requirements. Zaboca Holdings Inc. reads and responds to every message received at the address below.

I. Contacting Support

Direct all support requests to support@zaboca.org. To help us resolve your request efficiently, please include: (a) a description of what you were attempting to do; (b) a description of what occurred instead, with screenshots where practicable; and (c) your platform (iOS or Android) and Application version, found at Settings → About.

Response Time

Zaboca Holdings Inc. aims to respond to every support request within two (2) business days of receipt.

II. Common Requests and Where They Are Handled

Account and data deletion. Delete your Account directly in the Application (Settings → Delete Account), or submit a request without the Application installed via the web-based deletion page at blacknosugar.app/delete-my-data.

Subscription management, billing, and refunds. BNS Pro is billed exclusively through Apple's or Google's platform billing systems; Zaboca Holdings Inc. does not process payments directly. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android). Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google Play directly.

Data practices. See the Privacy Policy for a full account of what BNS collects and why.

Terms of use. See the Terms of Service, including the Path A structural guarantee describing what BNS does and does not do with your money.

Security disclosures. Email support@zaboca.org with the word "SECURITY" in the subject line, and include sufficient detail for the Company to reproduce and assess the issue.

BNS is operated by Zaboca Holdings Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, with its registered address at 254 Chapman Rd, STE 208, Newark, DE 19702, USA. All support, contractual, and data-protection matters concerning the Application are handled directly by Zaboca Holdings Inc.
